Job Description
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, implement, and assess training programs that develop staff skills and improve performance.
Responsibilities include designing curricula, scheduling sessions, coordinating trainers and vendors, tracking attendance and outcomes, and maintaining training records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in learning & development or HR, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LMS tools.
