Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues and providing solutions via phone and email.
Requirements: 3-5 years of IT help desk experience, college graduate, global service desk experience, tech-savvy, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
