Job Description
Manage subpoenaed records scheduling and custodian relationships. Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, verify data, follow up, route work, create/mail letters, obtain records and update orders with notes. Requirements: excellent communication, phone etiquette, active listening, attention to detail, fast accurate typing, multitask, and at least 1 year customer service or BPO experience; workers’ comp a plus. Full-time, in-person in Angeles (reliable commute or relocate), 100% travel, salary from Php25,00/month. Benefits: paid training, health insurance, parking.
