Job Description

Join our team as an Onsite Customer Support Specialist II to deliver excellent in-person technical assistance, resolve escalated issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, performing installations and repairs, documenting incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and training junior staff.

Requirements: Two or more years customer support experience, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work onsite and travel as needed. Certification or diploma in IT is preferred.
