Job Description
Lead daily branch operations to ensure excellent customer experience, efficient workflow and revenue/service targets. Coach a small team; manage scheduling, inventory and basic sales reporting; engage clients to uphold standards. Requirements: ≥1 year in spa, wellness, hospitality or service management (bachelor’s in Business/Hospitality preferred). Full-time, open to fresh graduates. Salary Php20,00–30,00/month. Benefits: free on-site parking, paid training, promotion, raises and permanent conversion. In-person role.
