Payreto is hiring a Technical Support Representative (API Support). You will deliver timely, accurate technical solutions via phone, chat, and email for high-value online payment clients, diagnosing hardware/software issues, escalating complex cases, updating the knowledge base, and maintaining positive customer relations. Role expectations include 24/7 support availability, meeting performance targets, attending client and company trainings, and clear case documentation.
