Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Sander to prepare wooden furniture by hand and with power tools, remove excess glue and imperfections, inspect surfaces to meet production standards, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean workspace. Candidates should have prior sanding experience (manufacturing preferred), familiarity with sanding tools and procedures, and the ability to stand, crouch, and lift equipment occasionally. Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts. Compensation: Php500–Php600 per day, 13th month pay, and overtime. Benefits include free/on-site parking, paid training, opportunities for promotion and conversion to permanent staff. Work Location: In person in San Fernando, Pampanga; reliable commute or relocation preferred.
