Job Description
Join our team as a NetSuite Support Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize NetSuite ERP for business users. You will troubleshoot issues, implement workflows, create saved searches and reports, manage user access, coordinate upgrades, and document processes. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of NetSuite support experience, familiarity with SuiteScript/SuiteFlow, strong saved-search/SQL skills, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication. Bachelor’s in IT, accounting, or related field preferred. This role works with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and maintain data integrity.
