Job Description
Lead and motivate service teams to meet productivity and quality targets. Handle L1 customer/supplier escalations, monitor interactions, coordinate repairs with safety compliance, manage inventories and reliever coverage, oversee project implementation and SLA adherence, review metrics, deliver reports, and run trainings. Requirements: BSIT/BSBA or related, 2–5 years relevant experience, IT technical knowledge, proven service/operations leadership. Full-time, on-site E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC. State expected salary.
