Job Description
Join PEAK OUTSOURCING as a Customer Service and Sales Representative supporting daily sales and client relations. You will take orders via phone, chat and email, proactively engage prospects, resolve inquiries, submit daily productivity reports, and coordinate internally to ensure on-time order fulfillment. We seek a persuasive, dynamic candidate with 1+ year BPO sales experience, excellent verbal and written skills, willingness to work onsite in Makati with shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays). Full-time position, monthly pay Php28,00–43,00. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, and regular pay reviews. Chat and email experience is a plus.
