Job Description
As a Migraine Care Navigator, you will guide patients through diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include patient education, care coordination with neurologists and primary care, triage of acute symptoms, arranging diagnostics and referrals, monitoring treatment adherence, and assisting with insurance and appointment logistics. Ideal candidates have a nursing or allied health background, experience in headache disorders or chronic pain, strong communication and organizational skills, empathy, and proficiency with electronic health records. This role requires problem-solving, patient advocacy, and a commitment to improving quality of life for migraine sufferers.
