Job Description
We are seeking a Record Request Triager to review and prioritize incoming record release requests, verify patient identity and authorization, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and route requests to appropriate teams. Responsibilities include data entry into the records management system, tracking request status, communicating with requestors and internal departments, and escalating urgent or incomplete requests. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency with electronic health records and records release procedures, and experience handling confidential information. High school diploma and prior medical records or administrative experience preferred.
