Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Reviewer to assess patient charts for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The role involves reviewing medical histories, coding accuracy, and documentation quality to support clinical, billing, and quality improvement teams.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health information, 2+ years in medical records or coding, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
