Job Description

We are actively seeking potential candidates for the Customer Service Representative role at People Matter PH. This position is essential in our start-up shared services under one of the leading FMCG companies globally. You will support clients in Australia and New Zealand across financial, sales, and technology services, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries about financial products and technical issues.
  • Assist with account management and billing questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of BPO experience with 6 months in Australian/New Zealand accounts.
  • Onsite work in BGC, Taguig is required.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
