Job Description
We are directly hiring Field Sales Representatives for People’s Credit Network Finance Co., Inc. Full-time, on-the-road role covering Calauan, Nagcarlan, Calamba (Laguna), Capas (Tarlac), Castillejos (Zambales) and Mexico (Pampanga). Candidates must be confident, goal-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include forming and motivating client groups; providing and managing microloans; handling disbursements, collections, documentation, weekly center meetings and orientations; and maintaining excellent client relationships.
