Job Description
People’s Credit Network Finance Co., Inc. is hiring Field Sales Agents (Loan Officers) for stay-in branch roles (Mon–Fri). Locations: Tarlac-Capas, Pampanga-Mexico, Zambales-Castillejos, Calauan, and Calamba. Applicants must be confident, goal-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills and microfinance experience. Key duties: form and motivate client groups, manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, conduct orientations and weekly center meetings, and maintain client relationships. Benefits include HMO, life insurance, retirement plan, transport/phone/rice/training allowances, free uniform, emergency cash loan, and paid training. Full-time; work on the road.
