Provide office and operations support, maintain records and databases, and oversee admin decisions. Requires degree in Business Management, Human Resources or Business Administration, 1+ year admin/HR experience, and strong communication. Skills: advanced MS Office, confidentiality, multitasking, reporting, time management, attention to detail, decision-making, customer service, teamwork. Duties: admin services, documentation, record monitoring, reports, driver/maintenance support, insurance/claims, petty cash, billing checks, staff housing/reservations. Full-time, in-person. Paid training.
