Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Relations Supervisor to lead employee relations activities, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will manage investigations and disciplinary processes, advise managers on ER matters, develop and implement policies, and coach teams to maintain a positive, productive work environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in employee relations, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, sound knowledge of employment law, and leadership ability. Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
