Job Description
We are seeking an Email and Chat Support Representative to provide timely, professional assistance to customers via email and live chat. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, processing requests, escalating complex cases, and maintaining accurate records. Candidate should have excellent written English, strong typing and multitasking skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in customer service or technical support and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Must meet response time SLAs, adapt to rotating shifts, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
