Job Description
PHATES MANAGEMENT seeks a Sales Officer. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, 2+ years sales experience, passport required, willingness to travel 50%. Responsibilities include building relationships across Asia and the Middle East via email, calls, WhatsApp and visits; answering customer inquiries and escalating complex issues; maintaining accurate sales records; developing product knowledge and providing feedback to developers; conducting competitor analysis; collaborating with agencies and internal teams; using CRM and delivering excellent customer service to meet targets. Full-time, permanent; Php20,00–30,00/month. Benefits include company events, free/on-site parking, promotion opportunities, paid training, and staff meals. Work location: in person.
