Job Description
Phesco Incorporated is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing and screening applicants, conduct pre-employment orientations, manage performance appraisals, and verify timekeeping records.
Additionally, the role involves payroll preparation for timely salary payments and facilitating employee clearance during separations.
Qualifications: BSBA Major in Human Resources Development, BS Psychology, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
Work Type: Full-time, In-person, 8-hour shift.
