Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to ensure optimal workstation performance, troubleshooting issues accurately, and providing user assistance.
You will be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software problems, managing service requests, and performing preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, and printers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 1 year of end-user support experience, knowledge in basic network troubleshooting, and ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
