Job Description
PHIL-FIRST FHRS Inc seeks an HR Generalist in Cabuyao, Laguna. This full-time, in-person role (Php15,00–17,00/month) covers HR operations, employee relations, policy compliance and HRIS administration. Required: excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness, problem-solving aptitude, thorough knowledge of HR procedures and HRIS, and ability to learn new systems. Preferred: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, proven HR experience, resourceful and detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and knowledge of national employment laws.
