Job Description
Phil. Pinoy Job Contracting is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. This role demands excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information or transfer calls appropriately
- Maintain a directory of contacts
- Monitor the phone system
- Address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred: 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php600.00 – Php700.00 per day
