Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager oversees all dining and service area operations at Phil. Pinoy Job Contracting, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality food and beverage delivery. This role leads the service team and collaborates with kitchen staff to provide seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Supervise and train service staff
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
Qualifications:
