Job Description
As a Corporate Care Representative you will implement member healthcare benefits, manage utilization, and deliver exceptional customer service. Tasks: handle walk-in and phone inquiries; issue Letters of Authority for consultations/procedures; process membership additions/cancellations; release ID cards; guide claims reimbursement; escalate complaints and provide VIP support. Approve availments up to P50,00, monitor outpatient limits, and maintain EOD, complaints, and availment trackers. Full-time, in-person in Ortigas; reliable commuters/relocators preferred. Bachelor’s preferred. Submit expected salary and timely DTR.
