Job Description
Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) seeks a Sales Officer responsible for soliciting microloan borrowers, processing applications, and building a loan portfolio to meet target Outstanding Balance (OB), Average Daily Balance (ADB), and borrower counts. You will minimize non-performing loans through regular borrower engagement, verify payments, and provide professional customer service—handling application, approval, disbursement, and payment concerns. Gather client and territory feedback to improve products and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws. Qualifications: valid driver’s license with motorcycle ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and oral communication. Full-time, in-person role; professional driver’s license preferred.
