Job Description
Responsibilities: review Step 2 branch documents; verify onboarding and regularize PBCOMobile exceptions; dedupe across systems for unique CIFs; report exceptions daily to branches (cc Branch Services & Branch Ops & Control Head); monitor AMLA alerts and manage cases within SLA; check scanned documents before Documentum upload. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in banking/finance/management and 3–4 years’ banking operations experience. Full-time, onsite.
