Job Description
Join Philippine Business Bank as a Branch Service Manager overseeing branch operations, compliance, accounting accuracy, and timely AML reporting to Head Office. Act as the branch Compliance Coordinator and Controller, ensuring smooth daily workflows, excellent customer service, and adherence to internal controls. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 2 years’ experience in branch operations or an equivalent banking role.
