Job Description
Philippine Geogreen Inc. seeks a Full-time Junior Architect to work in person. Responsibilities include helping prepare designs and complete construction documents; writing building plans and assisting with material presentations; communicating with clients, contractors, and architects to keep projects on schedule; compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates and reports. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, D5), able to solve complex design problems, meet deadlines, and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Strong communication, organization, and technical drafting skills are required.
