Job Description
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by managing nationwide dealer and supplier relationships, forecasting sales, and leading the sales team. Responsibilities include expanding dealer networks, setting targets and incentives, coordinating pricing and inventory with suppliers, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts, identifying market and project growth opportunities, and building a high-performance sales culture. Candidates need 5+ years in construction supplies distribution or related fields, proven channel management and forecasting experience, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Full-time, in-person role with up to 50% travel. Salary Php20,00–Php30,00/month. Bachelor’s degree required.
