The ideal candidate has 2+ years of fundraising or development experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a commitment to our mission. You will collaborate with marketing and finance teams to optimize donor engagement and ensure transparent stewardship of funds.
