Job Description
As a Customer Experience Associate at Philippine Savings Bank, you will assist deposit and loan clients with current and delinquent accounts (Normal Collections, 0–89 days past due). Handle post-booking and after-sales concerns—product and account inquiries, insurance issues, document release—following bank policies and required turnaround times. Respond to after-sales inquiries via the 24/7 Customer Experience Group (CXG) hotline at (02)845-88. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on delivering timely, policy-compliant support and ensuring client satisfaction.
