Job Description
Philsearch Consulting is hiring a Business Development Associate in Greenhills, San Juan City. Full-time, permanent role with salary Php25,00–35,00/month. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and preferably 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development. Responsibilities include developing basic marketing plans, building rapport with clients and suppliers, conducting research and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets), and supporting cross-team initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, time management, and a collaborative mindset are required.
