Job Description
Philsearch Consulting seeks a Fleet Supervisor. Requirements: minimum 5 years related experience; familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies; preferably Assistant Manager/Manager in Logistics or Supply Chain; strong leadership and talent retention skills; Fleet Manager experience an advantage. Responsibilities: systematic maintenance, diagnose and repair electronic vehicle systems (EFI, ignition, ABS, cruise control, transmission, airbags, A/C); install electrical equipment and accessories; adjust engine control and timing; test, recondition and replace alternators, generators and starter motors. Full-time, permanent. Salary Php25,00–Php28,00/month. Benefits include promotion opportunities, paid training and conversion to permanent status. Work location: in person.
