Job Description
PHINMA seeks an IT Security Officer based in Makati City to protect systems, data, and people within a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, scans and penetration tests, implementing controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption), monitoring and responding to incidents, ensuring compliance, training staff, liaising with vendors and regulators, and reporting security metrics to leadership. Full-time role requiring a Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Cybersecurity (or related), 2–3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, and preferred certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+ or CISM.
