Job Description
We are hiring a Medical Payment Posting Specialist to accurately post patient payments, ERA/EFTs, and EOBs into our billing system. Responsibilities include reconciling daily deposits, researching and resolving posting discrepancies, communicating with billing teams, and supporting denial management. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of medical payment posting or billing experience, familiarity with electronic remittance advice (ERA), strong Excel and data-entry skills, and excellent attention to detail. Confidentiality, problem-solving, and effective communication are required.
