Oversee daily operations across assigned areas to meet targets, quality standards, and safety compliance. Lead, train, and motivate field teams; monitor KPIs; implement process improvements; and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues. Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum 3 years supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
