Job Description
We are hiring a Lease and Project Accountant to oversee lease accounting and project financials for construction and property initiatives.
Key duties: implement lease standards (ASC 842/IFRS 16), prepare journal entries, month-end close, reconcile accounts, track project costs, manage billing, and support audits.
Qualifications: bachelor’s in accounting, 2+ years relevant experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
