Job Description
We seek a Project Development Officer. Requirements: Graduate of Civil or Electrical Engineering Technology; proficient with Windows Office and able to read construction plans. Responsibilities include updating company profile, website and project ads; online marketing and correspondence; permit renewals, accreditations and PhilGEPS/private project pre-selection; material canvassing, cost estimating, preparing quotations and bid documents, attending pre-bid conferences; and managing project documentation from bidding through award, implementation and closeout including close-out certifications.
