Job Description
Powerserve Marketing and Promotions Corp. is hiring a Territory Sales Supervisor for the Pampanga area (San Fernando, Mexico, Angeles). Full-time, in-person role with a starting salary of ₱26,00/month. You will lead a sales team, drive sales growth and distribution, execute account plans, conduct store visits and business reviews, monitor competitors, implement promotions, and coach salesmen through daily KPI meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (business preferred), minimum 2 years people-management experience in FMCG, General and Modern Trade exposure, valid driver’s license and motorcycle. Benefits include ₱100/day meal allowance, ₱350/month communication allowance, and tier allowances as applicable.
