Premier Southern Petroleum Corporation is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor responsible for achieving sales forecasts, ensuring compliance with brand policies, and overseeing the performance of Station Officers in retail stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all stations operate smoothly.
• Maintain profitable operations.
• Generate and maintain accounts effectively.
• Build strong partnerships with the Brand’s RTM.
• Achieve 100% rating in the brand’s Incentive Program.

Qualifications:

• Business degree.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; must be able to drive.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
