We are hiring a Store Manager in Davao to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, achieving sales targets, managing inventory and merchandising, enforcing standards, and preparing reports. Candidate must have 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic financial literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours.
