Job Description
We are seeking an IT Operations Lead to manage daily infrastructure, ensure system availability, and lead a small operations team. Responsibilities include overseeing servers, networks, backups, incident response, process improvement, vendor coordination, and implementing monitoring and security best practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT operations experience, strong Linux/Windows and networking skills, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), scripting, ITIL/process knowledge, and proven leadership and communication abilities.
