Job Description
Prima Tech Philippines Inc. seeks an Injection Technician to operate and maintain plastic injection molding machines. Responsibilities include executing machine operations per production schedule, performing initial setup and QA sampling, setting and adjusting machine parameters within tolerance, inspecting molded parts for specification conformance, monitoring cycle times, supporting mold changes, startups and shutdowns, and driving process improvements and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure quality. Candidates must hold a vocational or bachelor’s degree and have 1–2 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in the plastic/injection molding industry. This is a full-time, in-person position.
