Job Description
Join our team at Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc as a Customer Success Representative! You will handle client emails daily, coordinate with shipping, inventory, and operations teams to ensure timely responses within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You’ll also fulfill orders on Shopify after shipment and organize cases using Notion.
We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of experience, who are open to feedback, empathetic, and skilled in task management.
This role is available full-time or part-time with a competitive salary of Php30,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month, and requires 8-hour in-person shifts.
