Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and supplies
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and memos as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling, documentation, and logistics
- Support HR, accounting, or operations teams with clerical tasks
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office area
- Assist in processing incoming and outgoing communications/documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred)
- With or without experience (experience in admin or clerical work is an advantage)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
