Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to ensure that our processes, services, and customer interactions meet the highest quality standards. This critical role involves identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within our banking services.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in phone, email, and live chat support, preferably within the banking or similar industry. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS/Google suite applications are essential.
