Job Description
Probe CX seeks a Customer Experience Executive to handle inbound calls and emails, identify needs, provide solutions, document interactions per SOPs, and maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards. Required: excellent English (oral/written), phone and email support experience preferred, degree desirable, familiarity with Google platform a plus. Skills: strong communication and data-entry, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, teamwork and autonomy, flexibility to adapt to process changes, and work under pressure. Report to manager/team leader and perform other duties as assigned.
