Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to work under the supervision of a Team Leader. Your primary objective will be to deliver world-class customer service efficiently and respectfully.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, responding to inquiries via email, Live Chat, and social media, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions, coordinating deliveries, and adhering to QA guidelines.
The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and is detail-oriented. Contact center experience and knowledge of the Google platform are preferred.
